Let me see if I can explain this correct. I just got the Apple Watch Series 9 and one feature said that when you ping your iPhone it gives you the distance of how far away your phone is. Mine doesn’t do that it just makes my phone make a noise and that’s it but my watch won’t tell me how far away it is. Is there a way to fix this ?

Unfortunately, that option would only be available if you have the Watch paired to an iPhone 15 series.
