Received a form via e mail to be completed and returned, unable to answer questions on the form, a blue screen would show up whenever I tried to access the form. What can I do ?

Unable to complete the form that was e mailed to me. Once I accessed the e mail on my I pad I could complete the form. I would prefer to use my lap top. Mac air.

If you don't know who sent the form, ignore it.


If you do know, and trust the sender, but can't open the file or complete the form, reply to the email explaining the error.
