USB not recognized until after 10-15 minutes Mac Mini 2018 No easy solution yet?

I’ve upgraded to Sonoma and still the same, takes 10 minutes before wired keyboard and mouse are recognized. On my Windows boot camp partition USB devices are connected and recognized immediately. Also tried downgraded to MacOS Monterey 12.0 and then everything is working perfectly. Then upgrading directly to MacOS Sonoma 14.0 and the same issue comes back?! Bluetooth mouse and keyboard is connecting directly but for USB I have to wait up to 15 minutes- go figure that? Why isn’t USB drivers working at startup?
