Callers cannot hear me after I updated to iOS 17.0.3

AS soon as I downloaded the iOS 17.0.3 the immediate issue occurred where other callers cannot hear me either i am calling or others are calling. It’s not at all faulty microphone issue, rather Its really crappy iOS 17.0.3 update, which has caused the problems, people cannot hear me. That's the basic function. I cant even call apple tech support to resolve the issue.

I am placing calls on cellular network and tried everything speaker/loud/airpods…nothing works). Whatsapp calls are working without any problems.

If its so great update than why the basic call function problem is there?

I have done basic troubleshooting steps of FORCE restarting, microphone testing, voice memo record playback, video recording and playback etc. I have updated the network settings as well. I have disabled bluetooth as well, but no use.

Whatsapp calls are working, so its the call app on iphone, which is causing problem

Are you from apple support?

I'm having the exact same problem. I have a brand new iPhone 15 Pro. I made several cellular calls without issue yesterday. Right after I upgraded to iOS 17.0.3 today, people can't hear me via a cellular call. I've tried the on-camera microphone, AirPods, and even a new Apple USB-C EarPods but nothing works during cellular calls. My mic definitely works for everything else — I can still make FaceTime calls with no audio issues, I can record voice memos, etc. So right now, my new iPhone works for everything except as a phone. Ugh.

I've tried rebooting several times, no solution yet.

And just like that, my phone is working again. Tested several times before and after rebooting with several people, and while chatting with Apple support it suddenly started working again. I changed literally nothing and it started working — hopefully forever. Hopefully others don't have to deal with this too.

iOS 17.0.3 is the best update ever.

Everything works perfectly on my iPhone.
