You can configure Safari to warn you when visiting known fraudulent websites. The following support guide can help you configure this: Change Security settings in Safari on Mac - Apple Support

If you already had the feature enabled and you were not warned of the fraudulent site, the website may not have been listed in the database of fraudulent websites that Apple uses. You can report a website you suspect to be fraudulent to Apple by sending an email to reportphishing@apple.com.
