From time to time my Magic Mouse loses focus. By that I mean the mouse moves around the screen, but won't click on anything. I can tab through menus and make selections using the keyboard, and I can right click menus and arrow down to a selection and use the keyboard to initiate it, but the mouse won't select, or double click on anything.
