After iOS 17 update, During phone call or video call, in loudspeaker mode my microphone starts working for some time. When I downgrade it to iOS 16 then everything works perfectly. Can anyone help me fix this issue.
Initially while speaking microphone works but later on it stops working during the call in loudspeaker mode.

Once you have updated your device to the latest software, there is not an option that allows you to revert to a previous version.
