My Mac has a screen that shows support.apple.com/mac/startup with folder contains question mark flashing what can I do to make my laptop working > I need help if someone can fixed and recover my data near Yokohama , Japan.

When you contacted Apple Support, what did they say?
This is not the place to solicit hands-on repairs. If you need that, take the Mac to an Apple Store or an Apple certified repair shop. Apple support can help with that.
