Aoa i have issue with my other macbook pro 2017 as i erase the disk and now its showing question mark and support.apple.com/mac/startup

i wanted to sale my macbook pro 2017 as i tried to reset my mac it did'nt allowed me so i tried to erase the hard and something more now on starting the mac it shows question mark and support.apple.com/mac/startup text but nothing happens

MacBook Pro 14″, macOS 13.1

Here's what you do: If your Mac starts up to a question mark - Apple Support

Note the last line, and link, about contacting Apple support.
