Shazam not accessible

shazam not opening.I have deleted app and reinstalled and also rebooted my iPhone.App still not opening

A. Contact the Developer:

If an app won't open. then contact the Developer of the app. You'll find their Contact Us info in the app's site of the App Store.


B. Use this Link: If an App on your iPhone or iPad Stops Responding, Closes Unexpectedly, or won’t Open - Apple Support


C. Report this to Apple:

Do your Part: Provide Apple with feedback on this. Apple wont get back to you directly, but the more they hear of this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed. Apple will know nothing of this occurrence, if you don't report it to them.

To Provide Feedback:

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
  2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  3. Comment: on when this issue began, and how you have troubleshot it, thus far. Include the URL of this thread.
  4. Proceed from there as necessary

Request a New Download:

Perhaps this has become a corrupt purchase? So, contact Apple Support, requiting a new download. Its happened to me a few times when downloading something and I unexpectedly lost power. I requested a new download, and the gave me one nice an quick --right over the hone.

Apple Phone Support:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations
  • Proceed from there as Necessary
  • Why the Wait: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
