I have pared my new Bose Soundlink to my iPhone 11 Pro and it connects perfectly with Youtube or Apple Music. I wish to connect to a FaceTime call and use the speaker as a loudspeaker. I have done settings/accessibility, touch, co audio routing and set it to "speaker"but when I make a FaceTime call I only have access to the iPhone speaker, not the Bluetooth Bose speaker. Any help

That would be the sadest joke of all !
I know you ain’t responsible for it but it looks like a very big miss from the facetime team.
I am using Facetime on iphone or ipad & Apple TV plugged on projector / bluetooth speaker (both ostv & ios with latest version). The TV’s sound is all fine until exactly right when Facetime takes the lead on TV.
It looks to me that the only canal made available is the hdmi… when u browse the Apple TV audio option, it’s back to hdmi by default, and if you try and select the speakers, it lets you click but never stick / activate it.
Not that it should take/accept only a speaker with an incorporated mic… TVs don’t have mic… and it wouldn’t make sense : no speaker as a mic as good as an iphone / ipad anyway.

Have you tested to see if other Bluetooth speakers work when FaceTime is your audio source? If you haven't tested this out, be sure to do so, so we can start to narrow down if the speaker may not be compatible for FaceTime.
It's also a good idea to confirm the Bose Soundlink is equipped to handle call audio profiles. You might have to refer to your speaker manual or reach out to the manufacture. The article below contains the profile you'll want to look for in regards to your speaker.
