Voicemail going to wrong phone after ios17 update

My wife and I share one appleID as the main id on our two iPhones with different phone numbers. This has worked correctly for years. After we both updated to ios17, our voicemails now intermingle. I just left a voicemail on one line, and it shows up in both voicemails even though both show their correct, individual phone numbers (and only ring when each is called individually. Wifi calling is on. Calls on other devices are both off. Live voicemail is on.
