I just purchased a 15 Pro Max and 15 Plus for my wife. We cannot go live in Facebook in landscape mode. I thought it was just the new phones but two people with iPhone 14s purchased last year all of a sudden cannot broadcast in landscape mode. One with an iPhone 14 was able to do so 3 weeks ago. His phone was not updated to IOS 17 yet. Is this a Facebook issue?

FB seems to be having problems with a number of its apps, including FB for iPad and Messenger. This doesn't surprise me in the least.
Facebook is not allowing me to go live in landscape view.
