After the latest update my credit cards wont work with apple pay. I use 3 different bank cards and all of them when I try to pay the terminal ask to swipe the card. I removed the cards and add them again but still the same.

I have not found any problem with my Apple Pay so it is probably not a bug in Apple's latest software, which would hit all users. You probably need to consult the card issuers for this problem.
The other check - the cards will also be setup on your iPhone. Does this work correctly?
Yes on my phone all of them are working fine
