Apple pay working with iPhone. SW updated to latest version in both watch and iphone. When trying to add a card in Apple Watch gives an error : "Could not set up Apple Pay. An error occurred while setting up Apple PAy"

Make sure you have not turned off amy security features lije wrist detection or passcode.
I recommend unpairing it and set up as New Watch (no backup used) and leave all settings alone til the card is added.
