Apple ID verification code from another cellphone
on ipad gen 1 ios 5.1.1 can't find the column to fill in the Apple ID verification code from another cellphone on this ipad, why? can anyone help? thank you

What used to work for that model of iPad is to enter the code in the same box as the password. So, if your password is password and the code is 123456, you would enter the information into the box like so:
password123456
