I was charged 45.99 from Apple.com but when I review the link the automated system provided for my charges from Apple it only has my monthly 2.99
only my bank statement is showing the charge. I can’t get a live person from Apple on the phone!!! Help!

First, if you have Family Sharing enabled, you must change a setting to see charges made by all other family members. When you open you Purchase history be sure that the "Apple ID" box is set to "all."
If, after changing the setting, you history still does NOT show the charge, then is is possible someone has access to your card/account number and is pretending to be Apple. It happened to us. If that is the case, Apple cannot fix this. Only your bank or card issuer can address fraudulent use. Apple cannot fix a criminal act.
