Watching video and suddenly screen zoomed out maximum can do nothing with it. Tapping with three fingers gets no response. Screen colour changed too. Fourth time this has happened. Such a blinking nuisance ! Any one help, other than leaving phone swutched on till battery power cuts out and usually then might reset.

It's possible your iPhone has an accessibility shortcut setup that is triggering the zoom and color change. Check the following places:
Settings > Accessibility > Zoom
Settings > Accessibility > Touch > Back Tap
Settings > Accessibility > Accessibility Shortcut
Settings > Accessibility > Per-App Settings
(if you have the app installed) Shortcuts > Automations > ensure there aren't any unexpected automations
