IDK. What's the check for? If it has to do with Apple, then I recommend giving Apple a direct call.
Apple Support Contact Us Info:
For financial support, contact Apple Support. Tell them that the purchase is not going through as it should. If need be, perform a screensharing session with the Apple Rep. Show then what you are seeing on the screen.

- Proceed from there as necessary
- Note: Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due to lots of calls. And that makes sense, because with the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
