How do I get my shortcuts back on my watch

the watchOS software update replaced the short cuts available with swipe up. How do I get the short cuts back to silence my watch, ping my phone, and turn on water lock feature

Locking Apple Watch when using workout app Since downloading watchOS 10.0.1 the lock facility on my workout app has disappeared. When I open the outdoor run app and swipe left I am offered End, Pause or Segment. The blue waterdrop icon is no longer there. Where has it gone?

Can it be possible to switch smart stack to the side button and have the control centre for the bottom swipe Following the watch is 10 update, I’m now stuck with this useless Smart Stack option for the bottom swipe, and can’t get my control centre back. It’s now stuck on the side button which seems much more stupid. is there any way to switch this back? in a similar vein, can we uninstall the enforced apps that we don’t want? I don’t want tips, I don’t need cycle tracking, I don’t want the medicine app…. These are all just extra bloatware icons that take up space on the watch menu

Control Center has moved to the oval button on the side of your Apple Watch. Press it once.
