My refund hasn’t came and it’s been 48hiur I’ve gotten a refund before and it came on time why hasn’t it came, I got an email conforming it came but it’s not in my bank?

When will I get the money back?

I’ve checked that it says it’s been refunded :(

i used Apple Pay and I’ve had a refund before and it came, but for some reason this one did not come imand it’s past 48 hours
