I’ve been disabled

Everytime I try to buy an app from the App Store or look on my Apple Music, it says I’m disabled, and cannot access any of it

iPhone 11, iOS 15

There's a problem with your iTunes Store account information which can't be fixed from your end. Click here and contact Apple Support when they're open.
