GarageBand doesn't start for the second day. Writes that it's updating information about Audio Unit plugins. Should I wait until the information will updating or should I do something?

We recommend making sure the macOS is updated via Update macOS on Mac and making sure the app is updated via How to manually update apps on your Apple device.
