After downloading the new iOS 17.0.2 last night, my iPhone 13 Pro will no longer produce a sound notification for text messages. I have restarted my iPhone multiple times, toggled the silent switch and verified the sound is turned on for text messages. It was working fine until new updates. Please fix issue for all iPhone users. I have friends that are experiencing the same issue with their iPhone 13s!

Apple's suggestion was to restart my iPhone 13 Pro. I'm still not receiving sound notifications for text messages.
I have reached out to Apple support. Apple has scheduled an appointment on my behalf for a technician to check out my phone.
