Wallpaper setting not showing photos, people, photo shuffle. iPhone 15 Pro

I’m trying to change my wallpaper to have multiple photos where you can touch the screen and it changes photos on my iPhone 14 with version 17.2 software but I got to wallpaper and try to select photos it’s not there only Live Photos

I’m also having this issue. Only have an option for emoji and weather. I also cannot click on the edit ellipsis for any of the wallpapers. I have restarted the iPhone, it was set up as a new phone. 15 Pro Max 1TB. I have a hunch it’s something to do with the iCloud Photos, so may resolve itself…

First, restart your device to refresh the UI, and rule out the possibility that content is not being displayed correctly: Restart your iPhone

If the issue persists, providing some additional information and context may increase the chances that you'll get specific and relevant assistance from the community. Is your device set up from an education institution, or your work? Are you a member of a Family Sharing group?

I’m having the same issue. However my iPhone 11 is fine. Can see all options. But iPhone 15 doesn’t show Suggested Photo now has the People widget. And am not being able to solve this. Anybody?
