A. Start by wiggling it in your ear.

B. Charge these to 100%

C. Visit Apple Support links:

• If your AirPods Won't Connect – Apple Support
• Connect and Use your AirPods and AirPods Pro – Apple Support
• If you can't Connect a Bluetooth Accessory to your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support

D. Verify the Balance:

1. Go to: Settings
2. Tap: General
3. Tap: Accessibility
4. Scroll Down: to Hearing
5. Adjust: the audio volume balance

E. Clear Out Earwax:

F. Enable: Automatic Ear Detection - Apple Support

Same issue.

Standard Apple reset and connect procedures FAIL.

IOS 17 Worked - Really well

IOS 17.0.1 FAIL

IOS 17.0.2 FAIL

note that factory reset will fail, no white light flash.

Also, charge state keeps changing.

PLEASE FIX

Same issue. Air Pods Max on firmware 6A300 running Sonoma 14.0 and iOS 17.0.3 (and they haven’t worked since 17.0.1)

Inform Apple of this:

Seems to be a big issue. So report ot to Apple. Doing so, they will issues exist, what fixes to include in updates to come. Apple will know nothing of this, if you don’t report it.

1. Go Here: Feedback - iPhone - Apple
2. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
3. Comment: on that this all started after installing an update, Include the URL of this thread.
4. Proceed from there as necessary
