Icloud Photos now downloading in HEIC format Today I suddenly have icloud photos downloading in HEIC format and I have to sign in and pay 0.79 to download to do this. Why are they no longer in Jpeg as previously. I am using Iphone 11 and this has only just happened

I chose 'Most Compatible' but it downloaded it as HEIC.
