Is there a way to sync my stolen Mac with my new one?

My Mac was stolen a few nights ago. Is there a way to sync my locked-down missing Mac with my new MacBook?

MacBook Air 13″, macOS 13.0

If you had a backup (e.g., Time Machine) you can use that to restore your new Mac.

If you had data synced with iCloud, you can turn on the same sync settings in Apple menu > System Settings > [username] > iCloud and that data will automatically sync with it. (e.g., iCloud Photos, iCloud Drive including the Desktop & Documents option).

And more information on syncing in:

Set up and use iCloud Photos - Apple Support

and

Access and manage your files in iCloud Drive - Apple Support

and

Add your Desktop and Documents files to iCloud Drive - Apple Support
