Attention Aware Feature

I am trying to disable "Attention Aware Features", actually the option shows "enabled" but is not accesible, looks like section is disabled, I mean looks like the option and description is greyed.

Addidtional the option Screen Distance is enabled, but not showing the alert when the iphone is used at unrecommended distance.

I would appreciate any advice.

After a deep review, I turn off FaceID and Screen Distance, now the option is enabled, bottom line, enabling Screen Distance not allow to disable Attention Aware features.
