NSPOSIXErrorDomain error with Safari after Sonoma upgrade

After upgrading yesterday the Mac Mini M1 to Sonoma, Safari often doesn't open the pages by giving these error:

Safari cannot open the page.

Error: “The operation could not be completed. Out of space on the device” (NSPOSIXErrorDomain:28)

How can it be solved?

Is Apple aware of this?

Safari Sonoma big issue Since I switched to Sonoma, Safari has big problems, every day. Navigating, after some time, Safari can no longer open the pages, the black page exits with "it is not possible to reach the site etc etc.." The only solution is to close Safari and reopen it, even without clearing caches and histories, and from that moment on it starts working again, until after 30, 40 minutes the same problem reappears It's absolutely not a connection problem, and it all started with the switch to Sonoma. Also on my Mac M1 if I'm not mistaken it's not even possible to restore SMC, PRAM and NVRAM I'm desperate, because every 30-40 minutes I have to close everything and go open the pages and operations in progress I'm thinking of going back to OS Ventura, or change browsers and switch to Chrome or Firefox, but I have everything on Safari. I would hope for some help or update from Apple

NSPOSIXErrorDomain:28 When I try to open a new tab on safari I get the error message: safari can’t open the page. The error is “the operation couldn’t be completed. No space left on device” (NSPOSIXErrorDomain:28) brand new air book 2024 with m3 chip.
