I was following Set up iCloud Keychain document to enable iCloud keychain but the option is not showing for me.
Safari tells me to enable iCloud keychain:
No option for Password & Keychain:
Any ideas what would be the problem? I tried to find online but couldn't find anything for this.

Since the setting is missing, please restart your Mac in safe mode to see if it shows up there: Use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support
We want you to be aware that restarting in safe mode may take a bit longer than usual since it prevents some software from loading and does a check of your startup disk. You may also see some graphic anomalies on your screen as well.
After you've had a chance to see if the setting appears, restart your Mac normally to exit safe mode.
If it was showing while in safe mode, see if it's there after the normal restart.

Depedning on your on your macOS version it may be in a different place. In macOS Ventura, you turn on iCloud Keychain by going to System Settings > Passwords.

I did tried that.
Clicking on "Enable" button redirects me to iCloud settings page and as mentioned earlier it doesn't show the option to enable sync.
