I can't delete apps off my computer! I have tried to drag them to the trash and it does nothing. I've tried other ways as well.

So my computer isn't allowing me to update my zoom account it keep giving me and error message. I've tried to delete it to see if could download it again and see if will download the updated version.

MacBook Air 13″, OS X 10.11

Have you tried to go to the finder>apps and drag it to the trash from there? Sometimes it won't delete from the launchpad
