Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are having an issue with Apple Music family subscription on your Android device. This is because the Apple Music family subscription (Get an Apple Music family subscription - Apple Support) requires setting up Family Sharing (Set up Family Sharing - Apple Support) which requires an iPhone, iPad or Mac computer.

Family Sharing requires a credit or debit card as your payment method. Add one to "Apple ID" in iTunes.
