I cannot sign in to "*****@icloud.com". I have jumped through all the hoops I care to at this point It has taken me days to be able to get a new password for my "applied". Help me, please. I have ran out of storage on my iPhone.

You cannot buy more storage for your iPhone. Your iPhone’s storage was fixed at the time of purchase and cannot be increased. iCloud is NOT more storage for your iPhone. Your only option is to remove data like music, photos, emails, messages, etc. to free up space. Certain items, like photos, can be set to store only low resolution copies on your iPhone and the high resolutions uploaded to iCloud. You have 5GB of free iCloud space for things like that.
As I said you get 5GB free iCloud. You have the option of subscribing to additional storage. The screen shot indicates that at some time you did have a subscription for more storage and probably canceled it. But again, you need to understand that subscribing to more iCloud storage DOES NOT help you with your iPhone storage. if your iPhone is out of storage space iCloud will not fix that, at all.
I'm really confused now. This is what I get when I try to see what the exclamation mark is on my settings icon (pic 1), the second is what I get when I see what that exclamation means, pic 2.
