iphone 15 get super hot while charging or normal use

My phone gets uncomfortably hot while normal use (mainly social media and camera use). I don't use a case and after some 15 to 20 minutes of tik tok you can really feel the heat to a point that you don't want to keep using it. Another thing is that when I put it to charge it gets stupid hot I'm not even gonna use it like that. Should I ask for a warranty or is a thing that would be fixed?

Just got my phone and agree, gets overly hot while charging AND using APPLE USBC (that came in the box) and a APPLE block purchased separately. Im thinking of taking it to the store as it is only 3 days new.

Hi ruuubbbeeen,

This resource has information that includes situations that may cause your iPhone to feel warm: If your iPhone or iPad gets too hot or too cold

You might notice that your device feels warmer when you:
• Set up your device the first time
• Restore from a backup
• Wirelessly charge your device
• Use graphics-intensive or processor-intensive apps, games, or features, including augmented-reality apps
• Stream high-quality video

These conditions are normal, and your device will return to a regular temperature when the process is complete or when you finish your activity. If your device doesn't display a temperature warning, you can keep using your device.

If you need more help, reach out to Apple Support directly so they can look into this with you further. They can be contacted here: Get Support or by calling the most applicable phone number from this list: Contact Apple for support and service.

Regards.
