Message when clicking on link to another page read: SAFARI can't open page The error is: Service Worker context closed. How do I fix the Service Worker context closed.

When I click on the link provided, Safari can't open page. A error comes up that says: "Service Worker Context Closed" (WebKitlnternal:0)

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 13.4
