How can I delete Roblox from ipad

I simply cannot delete Roblox from my kids iPad. All I could see is an option to delete it from the Home Screen. I have tried to long press the app for an option to delete it completely but that option never comes. I have tried to see in the settings if there is a restriction to delete apps but there seems to be no such thing in the settings.

Roblox for some reason was available to play even when screen time was on so I was trying to see if delete and adding it back would resolve this issue. Phew.. why can’t this be simpler.

Hi Rahul95ee17,

If you don't have the option to remove Roblox from their iPad following the instructions laid out in Remove apps from iPad, it means you may have some restrictions set up in Screen Time.

The "Prevent iTunes & App Store purchases" section of Use parental controls on your child's iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch will show you exactly how to find the setting that prevents apps from being deleted.

You can also prevent your child from being able to install or delete apps, make in-app purchases, and more. To prevent iTunes & App Store purchases or downloads:

1. Go to Settings and tap Screen Time.

2. Tap Content & Privacy Restrictions. If asked, enter your passcode.

3. Tap iTunes & App Store Purchases.

4. Choose a setting and set to Don't Allow.

You can also change your password settings for additional purchases from the iTunes & App Store or Book Store. Follow steps 1-3, then choose Always Require or Don't Require.
