Phone Number Cannot be used by iMessage and FaceTime

I am using a esim of jio from two years now i have purchased a new physical sim of airtel and installed it in my iphone. But i am not able to activate iMessage and face time on new number. And in apple id i had added that number but there also a note is showing saying that this phone number cannot be used by iMessage and Facetime. And in iMessage section verifying is showing from last two days. I am sharing some images refer to them and please help me.

My iPhone has refused to enter my contact number on my phone but it’s working well on my MacBook. I’ve followed all the steps recommended to resolve but nothing has changed.
