My son just bought a new iPhone 15 and transferred his old iPhone 14 max but it failed on transferring the Esim across saying Sim not supported and doesn’t allow him to go any further.
his new phone isn’t locked “we checked” and his 14 has a working Esim thru Kogan mobile Australia.
Yep just contacted Kogan and they said I have to buy another for Esim $2 and they will amend it on there end.

Contact Hogan support team, explain your problem, and have their eSIM configured on the new device.
