Your SIM is not supported. 14 Pro Max phone setup

I was setting up my new 14 Pro Max from an 11. Got everything set up, accidentally started texting on old phone and now new phone says "Your SIM is not supported." Help. Thanks

You may need to contact your carrier for help with this.

If you see 'invalid SIM' or 'no SIM' on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
