EL Capitan OS - Upgrade

I have been on El Capitan OS, i am guessing its starting to cause me problems as some sites wont load properly, also some scrolling issues...which may be browser related, but which in turn could be os related...

I am quite bad at this stuff, so please excuse if my language is wrong or illogical, but hope you get the drift and understand my problem.

I tried for an update going through the App store, but got "No updates available", so kind of stuck

Back up your data, check the application compatibility table, click here, and then on the download link for a higher OS. Your computer's maximum one is Monterey.


Catalina and above won't run 32-bit software; if you choose one of them, use Go64 as well.
