Wi-Fi calling not working after upgrading to iOS 17.0.1

After I upgraded to the latest operating system, I have lost the ability to make Wi-Fi calls. Bluetooth is enabled and I have tried in airplane mode and gsm mode (although my plan does not work in Africa), both to no avail. FaceTime works fine for communicating with family and friends, but I cannot call non Apple numbers (businesses, etc.).

iPhone 14 Pro Max Wi-Fi Calling Issue with 18.2 Update After installing 18.2 last week my device no longer makes or receives calls when Wi-Fi calling is enabled. My carrier is Three Uk and they allow WiFi calling. My WiFi is with Sky I have reset Network settings, reset my Sky router no difference. I tested using my Work iPhone SE as a mobile hotspot and there were no issues. However my work iPhone SE is on 18.2 as well and I can enable WiFi calling on this and make calls so I don't think the issue is with the Sky router. Has anyone came across this? Feel free to make suggestions and also there might be things I have missed. I work in Tech Support so hopefully I've been quite thorough with this Thank you [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Wifi calling not working I have used Wi-Fi Calling for years. Including at the specific location I am currently visiting. But when I try to make a phone call on Wi-Fi Calling, it says that I am not connected to Wi-Fi. I am because all other functions like imessage and internet browsing work. I have reset all my Wi-Fi buttons, reset the router, toggled on and off the Wi-Fi, restarted my phone, double checked that my carrier still supports Wi-Fi Calling, and done all the things. And it continues to not allow me to do Wi-Fi calling.
