Apple accounts in EU
hello, i commute many Schengen countries every month , why cant we have apple account that works EU.
i cannot change as many times as i want and get stucked with some apps regularly

That doesn't exist, your Apple ID is only valid in the country where you live.
As you know, the EU consists of several countries.
