See the attached image, the watch does not show Latitude and Longitude.
I tried privacy setting -> location service on my phone, watch, restart watch, but couldn't get it to show.
This has happened after updating to iOS10.0.1
Phone compass app works fine

I have seen a few reports like this, it looks like Settings but you seem to have tried that already.

The other point is that your Apple Watch Ultra (Rev 1) is probably within 12 months so there is a good chance it will be still under warranty. Contact Apple Support without delay - just in case it is a hardware failure.

Have been on call with them for over an hour and I got escalated twice. The last person I spoke to believed this is software issue and has started an incident report to the corresponding team for debugging.
Hopefully they will resolve this soon.
Same - as soon as I updated the watch ultra 2 to 10.0.1 it lost the latitude and longitude - Apple, can we get this resolved ASAP please?
I have been on the call with some for over 2 hours and they told me it is a hardware issue. Replacing the watch did not help, as the issue came back as soon as I updated to 10.0.1.
