When i am making call and i put my iphone on speaker then next person cant hear my voice and also if i use voice isolation mode while calling next person can not hear my voice so for that i have to put my iphone on standard mode
also while doing video call next person unable to hear my voice

I had the same issue with voice islolation mode. When making normal network calls, the other party could not hear me at all.
Troubleshooting steps:
eventually I decided to turn off voice isolation mode however the option wasn’t there in control centre.
hung up, made another call, checked it again and this time the voice is isolation option was present in control centre. Toggled it off. It worked. Other party could immediately hear me again. Toggled it back on. Other party could still hear me. Definitely voice isolation bug on ios17
As i said am unable to use voice isolation
when am doing standard mode next person can here my voice but when am using isolation mode then next person unable to hear my voice.
Problem is not about microphone problem is about voice isolation
