Location services unavailable.

I updated the latest operating system, 17, and I’ve already updated that once, on my iPhone SE second generation. Before, I can see my wife’s location. She has the same iPhone I do. Now I can no longer see her location. She has tried to share it with me, but it still does not work. And when I tried to request her location from her, it says location services unavailable. Does anybody have an answer for this?
