After updating to iOS17, dictation commands "New paragraph" and "New line" do not insert a paragraph or line. Instead, they type the actual words ‘New Paragraph’ or ‘New line’ instead. It is happening on my wife’s phone also after iOS 17

We are running a dictation app and we get hundreds of complaints about the screwed-up dictation commands. The problems first occurred in iOS17 and affect at least: Englisch(GB), French, German, Italiano, Spanish and Portuguese. Probably more languages, but we don't have complaints (yet?) about them.
The problem is also present on macOS Sonoma.
We have filed a bug reports FB13409834 and FB13409842, but nobody cares.
