Notifications.
I've 13pro max and since the ios 17 upgrade I don't get sound notification on my applications.. no vibrations..

Be sure to double-check and see if Silent Mode has been enabled: Select ringtones and vibrations on iPhone
Turn the ringer on or off
Flip the Ring/Silent switch to turn Silent mode on or off. Clock alarms still play when Silent mode is turned on.
Also check and see if there may be any Focus options that were enabled or scheduled to be enabled: Use Focus on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
If the above hasn't helped, try uninstalling and re-downloading one of the affected apps. Note that removing an app will remove associated data from the device, so you may wish to try this with one where that may not be impactful.
