Delete removed application icon

Worst case - Reinstall the Application and then Remove the Application as per Developers Instruction

Sometime the above is required when the Developer Fails to offer an Uninstaller application.

Try a restart

Hold down the OPTION key and enter Launchpad

Does the problematic icon appear shacking with an X in upper left of the icon ?

If still not success - Re-Enable SIP and try again
