Apple TV with iPhone purchase
I just purchased an iPhone 13 and 3 months of Apple TV is included. Is this access only from my iPhone or will it work on my internet TV as well?

You can use the instructions in the "Redeem 3 months of free Apple TV+ now." section of https://offers.appletvapp.apple/tvp01213mf to redeem the offer on your new device.
You can then log into Apple TV+ and any other device (e.g. your smart TV that has or can install the Apple TV app).
